2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If a payment was made by mistake and no services were rendered.
If a duplicate payment was processed due to a system error.
If a cancellation request is submitted within the eligible cancellation period (see Section 3).
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request to cancel their financial consultation or planning service under the following conditions:
Before the Service Begins: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
After the Service Begins: If a consultation has already taken place or financial planning has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
Completed consultations or strategy sessions.
Customized financial plans that have already been delivered.
Subscription-based services that have already commenced for the billing period.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method. Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
